I’ve found that teamwork and collaboration are always promoted as well as the individual employee feeling constantly valued. Employees are encouraged to contribute their ideas and Knauf offers everything necessary for further development. In the LATAM regional area there is an excellent working environment with good leadership. Despite being a large multinational company I always feel like I am part of a family.
